Clipshare Clearwater Pro 4.1 & Clipshare Darkmatter Pro 4.1 Template Released

The new updated versions of Clipshare’s bestselling templates, the Clearwater and Darkmatter templates have now been updated and are available in the clientarea.

The updated versions are now completely compatible with the Clipshare pro 4.1 script but note - they should only be installed on a patched clipshare pro 4.1.4 website. This is because the updated versions of the template contain a few php files which have been taken and slightly modified from the patched 4.1.4 version (patch level 4) of the Clipshare Pro script.

I will be publishing guides and information on the clipshare templates forum shortly.

ClipshareTemplates.com started in August 2007 and was long overdue an upgrade, so here it is with the addition of proper Vbulletin based forums that i hope people are pleased with, simple forum - a wordpress plugin served this site well so i don’t want to write it off - It’s great for a free wordpress forum plugin.

The new website is basically a layout upgrade with the addition of forums and a new webhosting section coming very soon - the purpose of this section is to display and rate various webhosts and will allow visitors voice their opinion on what host really is the best - something that is not known yet in FFMPEG hosting.

Further developments on the template side include a new update coming for the Clipshare 4.1 templates that wil fix alot of issues inaddition to the new Forbidden template that is due to be released soon.

Clipshare 2.6 Templates Demo Offline

If you’ve come to the website wishing to view the 2.6 demos for Clearwater and Darkmatter then unfortunately the demo’s are down due to a host migration. This was suppose to be instant but has not been i’m trying to get answers from the host and will update you once it’s back online.

After the release of our Clipshare Clearwater 2.6 and DarkMatter 2.6 templates we had some emails regarding our demos which can be seen at. The emails mentioned that uploading on the websites was not working in addition to comments appearing on both the ClearWater and DarkMatter templates.

The Issues with the ClearWater 2.6 template and DarkMatter 2.6 template have now been fixed and users who are testing out the new template can do so now without any restrictions. If theres anymore problems then please get in touch.

Darkside and Lightside Templates Discontinued

The Clipshare Darkside and Lightside templates will be discontinued and will not be released for 2.6 and onwards. However we have developed a new Clipshare Template to cover where these two templates left off. Named Darkmatter and Clearwater will now carry on from the Darkside and Lightside Templates Respectively.

Current customers of Lightside and Darkside should expect quality support and continued updates of the new Darkmatter and Clearwater templates. This is a free upgrade to current customers so you will not be charged.

The descision was taken to completely redesign the templates due to many factors including but not limited to;

Improving the website structure
Reducing scrolling for a user and therefor increasing usability
More and Larger ad spaces
Total Removal Of Tables within the design (including comments)
Cleaner code and a cleaner look
Video information reorganized to improve user experience
